What do I do if I updated my phone number, and I'm not receiving the multi-factor authentication text anymore?
You will need to email customercare@vmf.com or call 1-800-970-7250 to let a VMF Customer Service Representative know about your Multi-Factor Authentication number needing to be reset. The representative will review your account and reset your number, you will then be able to start logging back in and you will be prompted to input the new number for your Multi-Factor Authentication challenge.
