What if I am ineligible for automated phone or web pay?

90 days after a returned or failed payment occurs on an account, Vanderbilt will resume accepting funds on VMF.com and the automated phone pay system. Please contact us at 1-800-970-7250 to discuss alternative payment options or view our Payment Options. Reoccurring Automated Draft payments will automatically start again once the loan is up to date.

Vanderbilt only submits a payment to a bank once to avoid multiple returned or failed payment penalties for the same payment. Questions regarding payments that failed or were returned due to insufficient funds are best answered by contacting your banking institution.
